Enter his gates with thanksgiving,
and his courts with praise!
Give thanks to him; bless his name!
Psalm 100:4
This Sunday we are excited to have our combined Thanksgiving worship service with our sister Chinese congregation, CNSCCC! And there couldn’t be a more perfect way to begin our worship together than with Psalm 100. In this Psalm there is a call to joy, to singing, to gladness… and above all, to thanksgiving to the Lord for who he is and all he has done for us.
We haven’t had a combined service like this in many years and we are looking forward to giving thanks to the Lord together - two congregations, two languages… one body of Christ! For families with youngsters we have childcare available throughout the service for ages 3 and under. We also feature a special Kids’ Time and activity bags during the service for all young worshipers. In this week’s sermon, Pastor Michael will bring us a special message from Revelation 7.
You won’t want to miss this Sunday, with our worship service followed by classes for all ages and capped off with a combined lunch for all at noon. You can take the time to prepare for worship by engaging with the Scripture and songs for this week. Ask God to use our time together to draw you closer to Him, to build up His church, and to glorify Himself. This week’s song playlist can be found on Spotify and YouTube. Everything you need to know about our Sunday worship services can be found on our website.
I look forward to worshiping with you!
